Shipping Policy
Effective September 15, 2025
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. They may, however, be delivered on weekends and holidays, depending on your location and the mail courier.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are included in the cost.
Delivery estimates are from the time of shipment, not from the time of order placement.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Firefly Mail Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages, Missing or Lost packages
We understand that mail can get lost and damaged. Please allow up to 7 weeks from the purchase date for the mail to arrive. After that point, please contact us at thefireflymailclub@gmail.com
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship worldwide; however, shipping time may be longer.
Note: International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes that may be applied to their order. Feel free to contact us at thefireflymailclub@gmail.com if fees are applied, and we may be able to find a workaround.
